GWA specializes in providing Contact Center Solutions, Information Technology Support and Integration Services, Technical Help Desk Operations, Program Management and Business Operations Support.

Established in October 1997, GWA currently has staff with extensive and diverse experience covering both the public and private sectors, with a proven track record in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contact center services, operations support solutions, installation and integration services, and business process improvement implementations.

GWA works to resolve complex software, hardware, and organizational issues including management of third-party strategic alliances. These projects have included business requirements, scope, project plans, resource plans, gap analyses, programming, change control, problem resolution, risk assessment, testing (unit, integration, acceptance),
implementation (operation start-up, production roll-out, Disaster Recovery Plan, transition, closure), and knowledge management.

In July 2002, GWA gained its certification from SBA as an 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned Small Business (Please See SBA Profile), and it is a current participant in SBA’s Mentor-Protégé Program.

GWA is headquartered in Richardson, TX with a regional office in Chantilly, VA in close proximity to Washington, DC. GWA currently has 100 plus employees.
